Here are the steps to fix most of the MAP testing issues. These actions need to be completed by the teachers.

1. Suspend Student Test:

   In the actions drop-down menu, choose "Suspend" for the student's test.

2. Exit the App Completely:

   Have the student exit the app completely.

3. Select the Test Again:

   Go back to the actions menu and select the test again for the student.

4. Start the Student Normally:

   Have the teacher start the student's test usually.

5. Resume Test:

   The teacher will receive a prompt indicating that the student has a test in progress and ask if they'd like to resume. Confirm this option.
